It Happened! Elon Musk Made Shocking UPDATE on Tesla Optimus Gen 3 $3480 | 10 Times BIGGER ! A humanoid robot could completely change human life in ways we never even imagined. It might create jobs, but hey, it could also take some away. But let’s be real: most of us want to be less busy and work less, right? So, yeah, there’s always a trade-off. Enter Tesla Optimus, a robot designed to help humans with daily tasks. It can take on multiple roles as long as it’s doing something useful. And sure, Tesla’s cutting-edge software inside is impressive, but what really got millions of people talking? The price. A mind-blowingly low price that makes owning a humanoid robot feel totally possible. When Elon Musk announced that Tesla would start selling it next year, jaws hit the floor.
It Happened! Elon Musk Made Shocking UPDATE on Tesla Optimus Gen 3 $3480 | 10 Times BIGGER ! So, what exactly can the Tesla Bot do? And how on earth can you get your hands on one for just $3,000? Stick around, because if you’re thinking about ordering a Tesla Bot, you’ll want to know this! Welcome to Tesla Car World!
During the recent Tesla All Hands Livestream, Elon Musk made some bold statements and threw out some wildly ambitious predictions for his humanoid robot project. Now, we’re not saying everything he said is 100% happening because, well, it’s Elon, but some things are definitely locked in.
For starters, Tesla plans to produce at least 5,000 Optimus robots this year-though, in true Elon fashion, he casually mentioned that the number could go up to 12,000. So, yeah, things are about to get interesting!
It Happened! Elon Musk Made Shocking UPDATE on Tesla Optimus Gen 3 $3480 | 10 Times BIGGER ! Yeah, when you hear 5,000 units, you might be thinking, “Wait, that’s it?” or “There’s no way they’ll go beyond that before the whole ‘production hell’ kicks in.” Yeah, you’re probably thinking that. But let’s flip the perspective for a second. Success isn’t just about cranking out huge numbers, it’s about actually getting a production line up and running. And that’s exactly what Tesla is doing at its Fremont factory, something very few robotics companies have managed to pull off.

Elon Musk please stay safe, you are actually living the future right now.
I love how Tesla is revolutionizing robotics by making it affordable for the average person. This could change everything.
This not just could change everything. It will change everything unless a supervolcano erupts
Elon Musk really nailed it with the idea of rental options first. It allows people to test it out before making a big commitment.
Can it mow my lawn, clean my house, prep and paint, wash my cars, prepare food, feed my cat, wash my clothes - sounds great I want one.
Me too!
I can do all of those things if the robot can be programmed to do my day job, and its salary is directly deposited to my account.🤖
The $3,000 rental fee for Optimus makes it accessible to many people, opening up a whole new world of possibilities!
Cheaper than a nursing home by far! I am nearly 75. Something like this could possibly spare my kids ten kinds of misery if I get disabled. And maybe they would have an inheritance rather than a debt. Sure would make helping out with the grandkids more interesting -- except my 7 yo grandson would probably like the robot more than me!!
volunteered community surveillance on legs.
@hoppyandhisholidayhelpers1714 hate to break it to you but nobody gives af what you are doing.
Eventually we will have to do nothing at all. Optimus might then decide, what do I need a human for, maybe I should reduce the clutter.
I would love to have one that could be my roadie! Move my huge drum kit, assembly, unassemble, tune the heads, polish them! What human is gonna do that for me?! lol.
Also, if they make a dog version, they could call it Optimutt! lol.
Yeah, I can clean my kitchen counter in 30 seconds and that robot would probably take 3 hours to do as good as me, why would I want to have a robot that slow getting in my way. Who's got $3,000 to spend on a robot when food and utilities prices are through the roof. Elon, fix the economy first and then make a robot that's got the degrees of freedom as a human for $3,000 and then I might be interested.
I really wish that Humanoid robots looking and working just like a human will be released sooner or later
And as soon as enough robots are made and taught to make robots...
Elon musk thank you
According to reporting as of 3-31-25, the Optimus robot will retail between $20.000 and $30,000.
If we can rent at that suggested monthly rate- Elon can count me in!
The Optimus Robot will be everywhere by 2027.
My wife already gave me the green light to buy an Optimus.
Go for it! Give us an update after 30 days
Haha it was exact opposite here. 😅 I’ve already stashed my cash away to get one though 🤐
Cant wait to see the Tesla Gen 3 football team compete against other humanoid robot teams.
✊Thanks for the informative video,😍👏......I have never seen anyone do this better than Harry James. I actually invest in stocks and cryptocurrencies and it has been very profitable for me. I make $55,000 every week even though I barely trade. Thank you Harry James for keeping me updated. I am so glad I started using your program.🚀🚀🚀
Please educate me. I've come across this name before. Now I am interested. How can I reach he?
he on - THE LEG RAM - with the user name...
@expaBtrade🌸🌸..that's it⭐
Yes, this is the right time to get into day trading. 👏I'll text him right away and get started ✍✍✍Thanks for the information...
My outlook on money changed when I realized that is better to invest on or before retirement, some people are just putting £15k or £20k With the current market movement at the end of the year they are making millions.
If he discounts the rent off the purchase it would be worth it.
Robot compatible cleaning objects and other stuff - this will also create a entirely new HUGE market. Robot Gloves will be the highest selling item forever.
LOL, did he just set up the haters for another dummy spit with the legion analogy? Dude is fkn hilarious. 🤣
Good robot sales!
But.... Your Electric Bill will be like running 17 Computers though!
If it takes all the jobs who is gonna have money to buy it?
Everyone when the robots pay 100% taxes
Annoying clickbait title.
Yea no new info ever, fake titles, long video, always goes back to same recent interview. This channels annoying
I always report and spam report these videos that have clickbait titles.
No reason not to have one operating additive and subtractive manufacturing machines to crank out more humanoid robots. Just add brains.
Elon should teach his robots how to build his robots.
I need to sell my home so that I can afford one. :)
They keep feeding 'promises'. How long will 'promises' feed you ?
The "PROMISE", is that as long as it's deemed to MAY Still have an issue or two, it's NOT going to be let out to the general idiot public who can't figure out how to pick it's own nose let alone how to flip a power switch to off. It's Beta Testing now with known private individuals who have an intelligent connection to the developers. . . `Putting on the Polish and Buffing it out, per say.
Given Musk’s prediction that Optimus will be useful to billions of people, do you think the widespread adoption of robots will introduce a new era of automation, where human workers are primarily focused on creative or intellectual roles while machines handle routine work?
Interesting view , but the robots are also going to.take much of the intelectual and creative work
Going off of just musk’s previous predictions, Optimus would probably do the exact opposite of what you’re wondering
Elon should troll and dress one in a nice suit and have it standing around in the middle of important events. Even going as far as having it butt in from time to time with it's own thoughts wanting to be heard. 😂
makes total sense make it cheaper so the most demanding people will put it through its paces than an ornament in an office
I wonder if you could apply the rental to purchasing one? What do you think Elon?
This is HUGE!
When I seen their design for the servo motor/actuator years ago I knew then they would be able to build a FULLY capable humanoid robot. Look it up and you'll see. Battery power density and time are the only things in their way.
Get real. It'll be years before any of these robots will really be able to do stuff that you ask them to do around the house or in your yard. Right now it's just a novelty.
I'm still waiting for the 4680 Battery ! lol
How can Optimus put a child to bed? What if the child shits itself.. is it gonna change its nappy correctly..I mean, What if it needs to wash its hands midway ?
Some things YOU DO, dip-shit! Quit being so damn shallow and trying to start discontent, Liberal!
poop germs don't bother robots,
that's why they'll make great chefs,
Robots are cool !
Id like 2
Yea , I want the 10k price i buy one day one
Think of all the data that they will gain from all those rentals.
Yes but who is going to help it go to the bathroom, give it baths, or help it in the shower?
All joking aside, I do wonder about cleaning and maintenance of these things.
Another great idea by a great engineer, designer, scientist and most of all man. I want an Optimist!!
I would buy three for work on my farm and butchershop. At a $3,500 rental rate I might take five.
I anticipate I will be making or finding good work cloths IP68 or better.
NEVER thought I'd see this in my lifetime.
While Optimus may save time in certain areas, I feel it could create an over-reliance on machines, undermining human independence and capability.
It can hopefully replace postal workers...
I want this robot to walk my dogs and protect me when il walking my dogs if need be. Even I can afford it! Anyone can! He’s amazing just like Kanye just lake Martha. Making. Products available for all socioeconomic status.❤ that’s called inclusive for all. 🙏
This price to rent! I am in!
you don't want a rental robot,
you know what customers are going to be doing to a rental robot?
What does Optimus's voice sound like? Or can you select a voice for it?
Will society be able to handle the ethical implications of having humanoid robots integrated into our daily lives, particularly when it comes to decision-making and tasks that were once the domain of humans alone?
"Thou shalt not make a machine in the likeness of a human mind"
As long as I can turn it off and lock it up in the garage at night. Would be scary as hell to have it walking around while you are sleeping
I don't want one cause of that reason you be sleeping and that robot be staring at you
To be fair, a live security system isn’t terrible if it’s looking out for me and not at me.
The novelty of Optimus might wear off quickly once people realize how limited the technology still is. It may not live up to the hype.
Your missing the point, It will be there to HELP!
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 385K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% annually in dividend returns. any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated!
As a beginner, it is essential that you have a mentor to help you stay accountable. In my case, Marc Andrew Zabicki has guided me for years and I highly recommend him. I focus on him. To be honest, I'm almost hesitant to let someone take charge of growing my finances, but I'm so glad I did. ❤
I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement, a year later fully debt-free and over $1M net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $50,000 monthly) and don't owe a dime to anyone. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Marc Andrew Zabicki, for his expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
well i am at $4.5 mil. Biggest positions PLTR, TSLA, SCHD, NVDA,BTC and now looking to build up DRGO alongside finding quality value & growth stocks to buy. I got $54k divs last time in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $16,526 . don't sell when the market is down..
Marc Andrew Zabicki has made an incredible impact on the trading community. His guidance and expertise have helped countless individuals achieve their financial goals and his contributions have set a new standard for excellence in the industry. We're truly grateful for his dedication and hard work, and I'm sure his legacy will continue to inspire others for years to come.
how would you suggest i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying pro traders and using their strategy rather than investing myself . What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach him please??
Of course I want one. But a question. Will it be able to use a pistol or a rifle? Someone is going to ask it to.
He only needs 100 to fill the Senate
I would hope these robots will have some kind of off button in case it goes nuts. The cars require you to be ready to take control at a moment’s notice. It should be the same for robots. In fact a remote kill switch would probably be a good idea.
Rental Optimus Humanoid robots should first be tested in Logistic Warehouses to enable these warehouses evaluate the productivity meaning lines picked per hour and number of errors committed such as mis-pick and mis-count which are commonly committed by human warehouse pickers. If these problems are surmounted, then truly the Optimus will be of great demand.
What would you use it for?
same think a lot of people will use it for,
that's why I'll never rent a robot.
Can Optimus play a guitar and drums?
Thank you, Mister Musk. God bless. Stay safe and keep fighting.
When will it be able to speak?
Old people and disabled people will find one these very helpful (and care giver’s get a break)!
I want one!
Where can I get the User Manual for Optimus? I'd like to have one of these.
This might sound sexist, but wouldn't the need for a wife be even lower when the robot technology becomes mature? The future is hard to imagine but I think the system of marriage is going to end very soon.
There’s no guarantee that Optimus will be compatible with all home setups or businesses. Customization might be necessary, making the product impractical for many.
The reason it’s shaped like a human is it can fit into environments designed for humans without having to change the environment for a robot.
And what about the three laws of robotics???
They should really explore different types of hands. Hands with maybe 6-10 fingers for example. Or maybe each of those fingers could have 5 tiny fingers each! The sky's the limit if the engineering gets there and the AI brain can learn how to use it.
at least cover them with some thermoplastic elastomer
What kind of condition can you return it in? Let's say that it falls down the stairs - do they charge you for the dents?
Wow. All I’m hearing are hopes and dreamy statements by Elon Musk. I get that he’s excited, but he’s been making promises about robotaxies for years. His Grok AI is not the forefront, and his humanoid robots aren’t either.
“Whoa” “cool” “I think” are just hopeful words.
Nurse aids for elderly care. A.I. for intelligent conversation, games & what-not. Robot body for physical care, support and menial tasks. And being that it's "Connected" at all times, so that if anything should happen, it's "Johnny on the Spot", and have E.R. people responding within seconds. . . How about customizing it a bit and make a line which are somewhat of a wheelchair with vital monitors and all manor of the "Then Days" standard stock of Networked goodies and tricks.
AMAZING !!+++
Simple to travel in space to mars and start building buildings facilities
❤❤❤
OMG $40K Way outside my budget
These robot’s will be a great help to elderly people and disabled people (can even give care givers a much needed break).
Rent it for a couple months.
3 k down payment 😂
have a robot in your home, for a year,
recording every private thing that goes on in your home, for a year,
then send it back to the dealership for someone else to rent and have in their house for a year.
no thank you.
There are multiple devices in your home already that can monitor you. Your phone for one.
@@LV2XPLR I'm not a renting a phone used by others,
and my phone can't walk around the house and watch me while i sleep
Fed control is too high for those events.
Those events are pathetic.
The humanoids should be specialized for occupations - it's obvious!
Occupational revenue from humanoid per owner : $75K+ yearly; subtract humanoid cost to purchase; first year owner revenue: 75 - 10 = $65,000.00 .
Humanoids pay for their own cost.
Revenue Explanation:
Works 3 jobs.
1. Flooring installation
2. Roads - asphalt paving
3. Restaurant employee (chef; dishes; server)
Example 2:
1. Roofing installer
2. Walmart stocker; food handler
3. Fuel station attendant (manager; cashier; duties)
3D extrapolation via AI Agents (pyautogen) and auto-compile to ROS2 - building humanoid workforce downloadable applications to save to cloud storage for on-demand role assignment.
Of course, the earnings of specialized humanoids should be much higher than $75k, and the reason is because very fast and effective humanoids ought to produce value worth higher income than humans. Therefore, $75K is an understatement!
I’m doubtful that Elon Musk’s prediction of Optimus being a bigger product than the iPhone will come true. There are still too many logistical and technological hurdles to overcome.
Looking for sour grapes in the comments section...
It would be great if Elon got back in the wheelhouse or get another CEO to get Tesla back on track.
Ai videos for a Ai youtube channel
You're talking about hundreds of thousands of people losing jobs that's totally unacceptable
❤^u.
This is an unofficial channel uploading fake fantasy tesla tech
finally, nearly in an age where i can have a robo-bro
also get this shameless AI generated footage outtah here
At minute 6 saying that a robot is more precise and can't be ramped up in production is both Ignorant and Wrong! A robot won't have to be precise. The AI will test itself out and note where all its extremities are and how to operate them. The AI will accommodate each difference within itself and self tune. Plus, - HEY - Production is NOW Quite Exacting with CNC machines, assembly robots, Injection molding, electronics manufacturing and Digital Design. So, pumping out 100 good robots easily ramps up to thousands. If, you have the resources, and TESLA does have the resources. ALSO - With 3D printing available ALL Designs can be changed and optimized within hours. 3D printing spans across plastics, metals, rubber and in some cases possibly electronics. Then, realize that TESLA, as Elon Musk has stated, has REAL World AI developed, used and available to install into its Robots. NOW! Next, AI is online - ALL AI instances readily learns, transmits, upgrades and adapts - ALL OF THEM. There can also be embedded a design feature to self design upgrades as they are used in the field. So, not only learning and dissemination of knowledge within minutes. They could/should/will(?) relay physical adaptations, changes, fixes, upgrades to the factory, which can implement new features and upgrades with months, weeks, days. or hours. Depending on the subsciption and contract with TESLA. 2025 Could BE The Birth of the Robot???
This is a MAJOR MOVE for Humanity. MAJOR!!!
Has anyone seen any market research which actually suggests there is a consumer market for this? Personally I have my doubts.
ANOTHER repeat video with a new title. COME ON YOU GUYS!!!
Massage robot???
Robots building Robots
Hey Elon I want to test one I'm a paraplegic with limited ability come on man get in touch with me please thanks
😳👍
Yeaaaaahhh - not understanding consciousness and if ai could achieve it aside - someone going to hack theirs and send it on a revenge streak - or teach it to rob people.
❤❤❤tongethar my heart grace your wife
I'm waiting to see these working in restaurants, carwashes, grocery stores, etc., before I get too excited about having one in my house. Not being negative here, I really like the idea of these, just not sure how quickly its going to happen. I would say having one in a typical house is at least ten or more years out.
2yrs tops !
Only if there is rent to buy and the rent goes toward .purchase. that would be only fair. Can't get one till I'm 70 anyway and I probably won't be around the way it's going my way as my health is going downhill
He never said it would sell for less than $10,000, in fact he said it will start at several times that price and MIGHT get down to $10,000.
In any case, it ought to pay for itself by going to an employment job.
He is notorious for quoting future prices which, in reality, never materialise. Se also cybertruck.
💯💯💯
🤣🤣🤣‼️😝
You should have to pass a background check befor getting or renting one
The dogs will attack it!
